How to get the cheetah pattern in your hair?

i was looking threw pictures n i seen the cheetah look on some one n i thought it looked hot!! so i wanted to do it to my hair im getting like a fohawk thing today but i dont have the money to go n get the cheetah pattern done..so if there like any vids or anything pls it would help...thank you
