Just a little bugged...?

Ok so this morning I woke up with a bug bite on my toe, and after taking a shower discovered a small bug at the bottom of the tub... upon research I believe that it is either an earwig or a roach nymph. It has long antennae, 6 legs, has two tiny pincher looking things on its backside, is thin and is about 1 cm in length, not including the antennae (about the size of a large ant). Upon further inspection I realized that I had 3-4 more bites on my feet. Should I be worried about the bites or more bugs in my bed??
