First Day of School Dress?

I can't decied between the Juliet Eyelet Dress on Delias.com and the Ruby Rox� Crochet Trim Waist Emma w/ Ruffle Bottom on JCPenny.com. I also need some cut in expensive wedges and sweatshirt to go w/ the dress and maybe some Acc. like sungles or braclets. Thanks in advance
