Can you drive motorized scooters on shoulders/in bike lanes?

you cannot drive any motorized vehicle on the shoulder and you cannot ride in a bike lane either--bike lanes are for bicycles...but your chances of getting a ticket are not that great...uming, of course, you are following the posted speed limit...
