i am 18 yrs. old . back in last november i was charged with a misdemeanor theft charge and recieved a fine and courtsupervision for six months. about 3 weeks ago i was charged with misdemeanor theft again. does anyone know what happens if you violate court supervision? do i need an attourney? all feedback is welcome.
