For Ipod touch users!! How do you sync your music from itunes to your ipod?

when you buy the ipod touch either in the website or a store like walmart or something it comes with an ipod touch,headphones,usb/charger,manual. and if you have music already downloaded in your computer connect your ipod touch in the computer let the computer recognize it then you can sync it it should be in the bottom right not that far.but if you have no songs you can buy them on itunes store if you have itunes downloaded in your computer but if you wanna get free songs i would try limwire.
