I just got an earring so I need a little help?

Okay I jus got mah ear peircing onli one in the left ear btw Im a 14 year old teen so today while I did the regular sterilizing of my ear and the whole I noticed like a pimple ........is that okai to have or can I begin the countdown to panicing
