Where can I find jeans that fit me? Im very small...?

I am a size 00 short. The only store I can find in my town that carries that size that fits me is aeropostale, but I dont like the way the backside looks to their pants....ANYWAY all other stores like rue 21 and american eagle the size 0 is always too long and the waist and is too big....where are other stores that fit someone really small like me? Like would abercrombie kids work? there isnt one in my town to go look, but if a kids size there will work I can travel 45 mins to the nearest one whenever I go shopping again. Im not a child so I dont want child looking jeans with the erflys and crap on them...I like really low nice form fitting jeans. Any ideas? thanks!!
