Love dilema. What does he want from me?

I dated with this guy & he wantd to break up so I dumped him 1st. Then he said he was sorry and wanted to get back 2gether.So I broke up with him again, but this time because his friend told me he was going to dump me. I asked him (after) if the only reason he went out with me for the second time was to dump me.He said yes and I asked him y he would do somethin like dat and he said it was bc he realy didnt like me anymore. Then I tried talking to him again. He completely ignored me I told his frends to tell him to talk to me but all he sed was talk to who they sed Ann and he sed Ann hu. I got mad & ignored him for more than a week. Then I got these e-mails from him sayin he was jelus of this guy I flirt with &I just go out with this guy. But after 2 days he kept sayin he still loves me and wants me to give him a 2nd chance. I was actualy gunna go out with the guy I flirt with, but I dont no wat to do. Should i give the 1st guy a 2nd chance?
