Is affirmative action reverse discrimination?

Is affirmative action reverse discrimination? I believe it is. If you translate "affirmative action" into liberal dialect it reads, "It's just too goddamn white in here"! I wonder what the result would be if I said, "there's just too much goddamn color in here"! Call in the liberal protesters and Jesse Jackson!
