I still have ich in my 25 gallon tank.?

I used Tetra Pond care last week, took out the charcoal, changed 10 gallons of water during the week. I have 3 goldfish in the tank. One has 6 spots of ich. Nothing has changed. No better and no worse. The other two fish seem fine. What now?
